Welcome to Incline! First step is to create an account. Incline offers a 21 Day FREE Trial Period. We encourage all of new runners and walkers to experience all of the Incline classes. To enroll in the 21 Day FREE Trial, please call the studio and we will get you enrolled. We require your credit card to enroll; and at the end of the 21 days you will be automatically enrolled as a monthly member, unless you tell us otherwise. After, your account will auto renew every month on the anniversary date.

The schedule shows the two upcoming weeks of classes. Go to the the registration page and choose the class that works for you. You can sign up for as many classes as you have credits so that you can set your schedule for the next two weeks.

Run One — our 45 minute high intensity training class — is our foundational class for all levels of runner. Walking and jogging in any class is encouraged, especially for beginner and non-runners!

In our Distance class, you will be on the treadmill for the entire 60 minutes. This is the perfect class if you want to train for a 10k, half-marathon or full marathon.

Incline Running has Woodway 4Front treadmills — they are the best treadmills! In addition to a quieter run, the running surface is rubber allowing for the softest run on your joints.

Our coaches will take you through core exercises that use your own body weight to achieve maximum results. There may be occasions where the core work during class will use a medicine ball or other smaller pieces of equipment.

In most classes, no equipment is used. In our power walking classes, we do offer wrist weights to increase the difficulty of the class.

We suggest you wear whatever you feel comfortable wearing while running. Overall, comfort is key, but sneakers are strongly suggested. We also encourage you to wear socks and breathable, athletic wear. If you forget socks or any of your core workout gear, we’ve got you covered at our with retail area stocked with merchandise from Good hYOUman, SixtyNinety, and Incline branded attire.

Please arrive 15 minutes before your first class and let the front desk staff know that you have arrived. We will be happy to give you a quick tour of the studio and locker room and our coaches will always be available before class to answer any questions you have about your upcoming class.

Before taking any class, you should speak with your doctor and receive approval to engage in exercise classes. Our coaches will be happy to work with you to provide any help or modifications to make the class work for you.

Yes. We have separate locker rooms for both men and women, each with their own lockers, showers and high end amenities including hair dryers.

Self locking lockers are provided for your use both in the lobby area as well as in both the men’s and women’s locker rooms.

Unfortunately, for safety purposes, we do not permit runners to use their phones while in the studio for class. We understand some of you may experience some stress at the idea of leaving your phone in your locker but breathe deeply and channel that feeling into your run! (If you need to charge your phone — just ask, we have extra chargers at the front desk and we’ll gladly charge your phone during your class.)

Classes must be cancelled up to four (4) hours before the start of the class or you will be charged the full amount of the class. Classes may be cancelled online, through our app, or by calling Incline Running and letting us know you can’t make it.

Any runner not checked-in to class at the class starting time will have their treadmill released to the waitlist. If there is no waitlist, you will be charged for the class. Runners will not be permitted to enter class 10 minutes after it begins due to safety concerns.

When a runner gives up their treadmill for a class with a waitlist, the first person up on the waitlist will be notified by Incline that they are in and a credit will be deducted from your account.

Yes, unless otherwise specified, all credits have a three month expiration.

Yes, Incline will work with you to offer customized packages, including group training programs, for companies and organizations of any size. Contact us at to discuss.

We’re big supporters of all of the local universities and high schools so yes, we offer a student discount to all students with proper ID.

Our Student Single Class price is $20.00
Our Student Monthly (Auto Renewal) for unlimited classes per month is $79.00.

A monthly membership can be frozen once. Please call the front desk to make arrangements to freeze your membership if necessary.

Yes, if you lost any items please come back into the studio or contact us and we will check for you.
